Awesome view of the bay from our room and the restaurant. Came back to the restaurant both nights because the food and staff were so wonderful! Highly recommended and we will be back.

Very nicely appointed hotel and facilities.The rooms and common area were clean and appear to be recently redone. The breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of choices, well prepared, and the items were replenished quickly. Grounds are nice, area is quiet and peaceful. Not far from the main part of town, but far enough to be an oasis in a less busy area.

And, Annie is a fantastic, super-responsive and accommodating host. This is our new go-to place in Tauranga / Bay of Plenty.

Very nice hotel at honest price. We were very happy. Large room. Strong air con. Good wifi. Everything clean and good repair. Great breakfast buffet with cappuccino machines. Excellent location on the lake. Guest laundry is all free washer, dryer, and soap. Great opportunity to catch up with dirty clothes. Rotorua is an amazing area with lots to see. We had 5 nights here and could have spent a week or more without running out of activities.

Really lovely, welcoming receptionist who advised us of lots of activities to do around Rotorua. Our request for a quiet room was fulfilled by Suite 01. Huge jacuzzi spa was unexpected bonus! Had a nice time here, good family memories were created. Good rooms and amazing staff that were very facilitating and hospitable about our late check in, also the late night security guard on Saturday night was very nice and helpful with letting us in when the gate was not working with our number plate. 10/10 we will be back and tell our friends and family to come here
