Location - it was a short walk from Kinshicho station, with a supermarket and all 3 major convenience stores nearby. We walked between Mimaru and Kinshicho station with no issues. Popular spots like Shinjuku and Akihabara are also a train ride (with no transfers) away. Comfort - the room was clean and we didn’t stay long enough to have a “full” room service but they changed our towels and cleared the trash every day. Staff - the staff were probably the best part of Mimaru. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and detailed. We had an issue with a booking we made elsewhere and Joey was patient and went out of his way to resolve our issue. Overall, we’ll definitely stay here again when we’re in Tokyo.

I stayed in 4 hotels in my trip, this was one of the spacious , small balcony to have morning coffee , good amenities for room and bath. Earth friendly, very less use of plastic in all areas. Staff at front is very helpful. The night gowns are so comfortable, just loved them. Overall loved it. Highly recommend. Book in advance
