The room was absolutely stunning, the bed super comfortable, the bath and shower really spacious and clean. The onset was great, lots of great amenities. Staff was absolutely amazing, extremely welcoming and helpful. Area was superb. Lots of great shops around plus close walking distance to the temple.

Staff was exceedingly friendly and caring, even checking multiple times if everything was alright with the room and the meals. The meals themselves were very nice, varied and delicious. The dinner had a large amount of meat for Japanese standards, which was nice. You can reserve the bath in advance for an hour, which is great. The bath itself is very hot and relaxing, I enjoyed it a lot. If I am ever back in Kamogawa, I will be coming back here.

It was spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. The room had a big bed and enough space for me and my luggage without feeling cramped. Breakfast was included which is a great plus. There was a 24hrs convenience store in the adjacent building. Great location near Narita airport and offers shuttle service even early in the morning. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions, specially regarding about sending my luggage prior my arrival. Would totally stay there or give it a try to other hotels of this same chain.

The staff was very welcoming and got me checked in a couple minutes. The room was perfectly clean with everything in working order. The host was very, very nice. He offers a shuttle and a simple breakfast. But you can also reach the house with a bus. He really likes to get to know his guests and even invited us on a trip to a surrounding Prefecture, showing us typical japanese style food and an Onzen. Loved everything about it. Though its in Chiba, its still CLOSE to the train station. 2 min walk. The room is fairly sized. It's not cramped. The amenities are great. Used the onsen. Didn't have time for the gym. Will recommend this hotel. The photos that are posted here are literally what you will get.

Very reasonably priced mid-range hotel with an (almost) 24-hour onsen and rooms much bigger than you'd get for anything close to the same price in Tokyo. Would recommend if going to a conference or similar in the area, although Chiba itself is quite industrial with not much to see or do.
