Coffee maker at the lobby was not working and it was impossible to find coffee in the very early morning, but Wei Nee at frontdesk handled to provide coffee for me. The staff was very friendly, one of the best hotel experiences in EU.

Although not the most modern of buildings, the staff and facilities more than make up for it. Amazing spa with access straight into the Baltic Sea for a little bit of wild swimming. The staff were all really friendly and happy. They all went out of their way to make our stay really special and couldn’t have been more helpful with everything from the local bus times to hiring the e-bikes. We felt very well looked after.

Pool, gym and sauna were fantastic, located on the rooftop level with expansive views of the city and Baltic. These were a highlight for me and I used them at least once each day during my stay. Bery restorative! The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide selection of interesting foods. Roof top bar is lovely, relaxed, great views, great cocktail menu. I also appreciated the good quality bath products Will definitely use this hotel from now on when visiting Helsinki
