I recently stayed at this hotel again and was reminded of its fantastic location—just a stone's throw away from Robinson's mall, which is a huge plus for shopping and dining!
Having stayed here before when it was brand new, I noticed that after two years, some areas of the facility could benefit from a little TLC. While the hotel still offers a great experience, a few improvements would certainly enhance the overall stay.
Overall, I appreciate the convenience of this hotel and hope to see some updates on my next visit!

Great friendly staff and manager. Did everything for us and more. Gave us a super great experience. The tents are 5 star designed. Service is great all we wanted for a breakfast was there always fresh fruit available. Location was perfect when our want to explore the islands just minutes away from the harbor.
We came to look at sailboats for sale, so this location was ideal for us. If you want to stay near a beach, this location is not for you. Lots of great restaurants to choose from in both the Lagoon and the Royal Phuket Marina.
