The place is very clean and the location is ok - not much walkable in terms of restaurants etc, but easy to get around. For the most part it was quiet (except my room faced the elevator and doors between buildings so was very noisy with luggage cart and staff moving laundry buns). AC worked great.

The rooms has enough space. I liked their convenient driveway for taxi pickup or drop off. I also like that they have multiple elevators which makes it easier and faster to climb up floors. Staff were nice and always smiling.

Nothing great -- we weren't able to go inside so it was just a tour of the outside of the buildings. The best site was the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, which was stunning, but you weren't able to take any pictures of the buddha itself.

Very beautiful but very crowded.
Very beautiful but very crowded. Many other temples and palaces in the city are as beautiful and less crowded making for a nicer experience. The traditional dance experience included in entrance ticket the best, don't miss.

I think there is enough written about this incredible place but I want to put some light on "Queen Sirikit Textile Museum" which is easily overlooked because it is not well known and it's is a bit hidden on the grounds of the Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew. The entrance ticket for the Grand Palace is also valid for the textile Museum but you are also able to visit the Museum on its own for 150 THB.
It is situated in a beautifully restored colonial-style 2 story building from 1870 which was the former Ministry of Finance.
The museum collects, displays and preserves textiles from South East-, South- and East-Asia with a special emphasis on textiles and garments from the Royal Court since ~1960. It's beautifully arranged with a lot of interactive information on numerous little touch-screens! It was Queen Sirikit's endeavor to rediscover almost lost Thai textile- and fabric-making and revived these processes all over the country.
The museum also hosts an education studio, a lecture hall and Thailands first dedicated textile conservation lab. In the Museum shop on the ground floor you can buy high quality textiles, accessories, table cloths, shawls, silk by meter and many more beautiful items.
The intricacy of different techniques of fabric weaving is incredible and explains why these pieces of art are so expensive and unique!

Looked forward to seeing the Grand palace but wouldn’t allow us to enter due to dress code ! Please note we had full length trousers and full length top with additional long scarf around arms and shoulders. We were shouted at to leave as scarves don’t class as cover up. (No skin was visible apart from our faces) we entered peacefully and left without questioning) this was just myself and my 22 year old daughter. Perhaps if the scarf was purchased from one of the vendors outside this may have changed their view about letting us enter. I researched the dress code well in advance and made sure we were entering with correct wear. Disappointed ☹️

Good location, not too far from the river and the Grand Palace, etc. Fun neighborhood, near Khao San Road, and many restaurants and massage businesses. Nice rooftop pool, and gym was morally adequate, with treadmills and free weights. Staff extremely polite and helpful.
Property and room is clean and modern. Room has a smart TV. Bath tub in the bathroom is wonderful and large enough for two people. Roof top pool is awesome. Close to cafes, restaurants, and the Grand Palace. Staff is nice.
Stayed myself and 2 teenagers in October. Safe and clean. Very close to grand palace, river taxi's and night market (walking). Staff were super helpful with ideas of what to do and getting taxi's. Also able to get food here which was good. Toilets and showers spotlessly clean.
Close to Khaosan, Grand Palace, National Museum, parks, ministry of defence, etc. The staff were polite and helpful. The hostel provides a free map with all the nearby tourist areas, so that was helpful for us. The cafe on the ground floor serves good food and drinks. So it's so convenient. Located just at the back of Sam Yot station. Room and bathrooms were clean!
The location close to KhaoSan road was great & it was walking distance to the Grand Palace & Reclining Buddha & Wat Arun.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is new & clean. The breakfast was plentiful & the pool was delightful after a day of wandering around & sweating!
We chose the king room with the balcony which was very pleasant morning & evening.
This place is amazing beyond words. A beautiful property run by a family. Thank you, Jack and Pan for being the most gracious hosts and making me so comfortable. Jack even brews a nice beer! Pan is so wonderful. I had such wonderful conversations with her. This place is also close to major attractions like the grand palace and big buddah. I would highly recommend this place and will be booking here again when I return to Bangkok.
Really great staff! Super helpful and friendly. Good location just a short 10 minute walk to Changkat Bukit Bintang street and the Grand Palace yet nice and quiet.
The room was spacious with a kettle and tea and coffee, hot shower and a comfortable bed.
They also offered free breakfast which was basic but nice to have and a washer and dryer for doing laundry- so nice to have a dryer!!
Definitely recommend this hotel!
The cleanest hotel I've ever been in! Staff were super friendly and so helpful, and spoke really good English. Room was so clean and the bed was really comfy. Liked the decor too - very traditional. Pretty near a lot of the big touristy spots, like the Grand Palace and Wat Pho. A quick walk to the river taxi, which you can take down to these attractions. Great value for the price!
The hotel is in a great location, walkable to Kao San Road as well as Grand Palace. There are also a couple of nice seafood restaurants and cute cafés all around which I recommend. The staff is really nice and helpful with planning trips and excursions. Breakfast is great and already included. Water, Coffee and cookies are free and always available at all hours. Could not recommend this place more :)
