The location is good, right across the street from the beach. From the outside it looked on the older weathered side, but when we opened the door to the room it was beautifully updated. The bed was super comfortable. Modern amenities. Also, the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Absolutely beautifully kept grounds with a long walkable beach with seaturtles. It was fun watching the windsurfers, and the place is quiet, but close to excellent restaurants. Traveling as a family, 5 adults, we appreciated the large family room, balcony, and easy parking. Picking up the keys was very smooth despite arriving after hours. AND the staff provided a personalized note, flowers, and welcome munchies for my mother on Mother's Day. This place exceeded our expectations.

We were super impressed with Michelle at the agents office where you pick up the keys. A pure positive energy felt from her!
The building seemed pretty busy but the elevators are fast, we don't like waiting for slow elevators so that was a plus.
We are truly fortunate and feel a bit of shame that we were having such a wonderful time while so many on the island suffer from their great loss while facing an uncertain future. Wishing nothing but the best for all the strong and resilient Mauians🙏🏼

Beautiful beaches, we have stayed in Kihei 12 times, we love the area. We usually bring our kids and grandkids with us, this was the second time with just the two of us. Great beaches for small kids and inexperienced adults. Great swimming beach.

Kihei has very nice vacation vibes.
Kihei has very nice vacation vibes. However Kihei is a place far from Maui airport. For food and groceries we had to go to Kahului. The drive was 20 minutes. We sacrificed time in favor of location and peaceful community.

I love Maui.
I love Maui. It is so full of lovely things to do: driving, snorkelling, boogy boarding, swimming, sunning, exploring, hiking, taking in hula dancers at Shops at Wailea. The weather is great, blue skies, nice and hot. The people are lovely.
Each town has it's own charms. Kula Lodge and Kula Gardens are fantastic.
You can even get a dog-on-demand from the humane society and give a shelter dog a trip to the beach.
Maui is the best!

Community has a lot to offer.
Community has a lot to offer. Restaurants and shopping are walking distance away from most condos. Locals are friendly. Plenty of beach and parks. Nice access for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Not overly crowded or pricy. Close to airport, boat launches and other Maui cities. Loved our stay here!

Kihei is the perfect location when visiting Maui.
Kihei is the perfect location when visiting Maui. There are good restaurants, you are typically only steps from the beach. The location is the perfect base for day trips.
I recommend the Paia Fish Market for dinner and Threes for cocktails (the sushi is surprisingly good too!).
It doesn't rain in Kihei either, only 10"/year.

Kihei is a good central location.
Kihei is a good central location. If you want to see Maui, it is a perfect location. Surf lessons are right there. Food and a market are close. A few lively bars within walking distance. Also, a very safe area.
Loved the location, the sunsets on the beach right beside the property was amazing.
Loved the roughly 1000 sq feet rooftop patio hangout spot off of our Lanai, (we were in the Tsunami Unit so if there’s a Tsunami other renters go through your unit to this hangout spot but if no tsunamis you get it all to yourself)
Loved the shower, the property had security to keep trouble out, the pool was pretty nice nothing exceptional. There was a pub and restaurants really close to watch the sunset from that were only a couple minute walk away.
What we liked - the resort is very thoughtfully furnished to every small detail. The location is great, especially to relax in the private garden after a tiring day. Just that it's not on the beach, however not very far either and all beach activity things like towels, snorkelling stuff even sunscreen cream are also stacked in the store room. The property manager is friendly, prompt in communication and very helpful. We definitely will like to return there for our next Maui trip and recommend as well.

The room was clean and spacious. It had things for the beach too- beach towels, even some sunscreen left, snorkeling sets - it was great! The kitchen had a full oven, a microwave, coffee machine and some spices too! Really well equipped place on such a convenient location! The bus stop is just 2 mins walk from the apartment complex and the daily bus pass is just $4. So one can cheaply reach the very nice beaches of Kamaole or Wailea in just a 15 or 30 min bus ride!
The pool is amazing, the beach is very close and the view was beautiful. There was beach gear and enough towels supplied.
The town of Kihei has restaurants and shops, everything one might need. The unit's kitchen was well equipped for cooking.
As a party of 4, we were happy to find an inflatable guest bed in the unit, which was much more comfortable (and easier to stow) than the sofa bed.
It was definitely one of the better places we’ve stayed at. Gloria has so many amenities provided along with her unit. She even has a binder with suggestions of places to eat, visit, cards with discounts, troubleshooting. We visited a lot of beaches in Maui, and the beach at Nani Kai Hale is the best one for taking long walks.
The room was comfortable and spacious for a family of 5. Enough utensils and dishes to cook some meals which made it convenient. Beautiful lawn, very good location in South Maui and a very good value compared to higher and more expensive resorts. It’s right on the beach!!!
More of a business style hotel, back from the Main Road. We arrived a bit early however staff was accommodating and checked us in. There is a restaurant in front of the Hotel and a restaurant cluster about 15 mins walking distance from the Hotel.
Perfect location, walking distance to fantastic beaches and shops/restaurants.
Nice pool at the hotel with a fabulous view. BBQs by the pool, which was fantastic. The the apartment was awesome- spacious, clean and stocked with all necessities!!
The property is set in gardens far enough away from the street to have a private and quiet feel. The owners/managers are very helpful and friendly. Most place on Maui are relatively soulless whereas this is friendly.
- Really clear and comprehensive communication ahead of checking in
- Clean, safe property with plenty of parking nearby
- Great location in Kihei -- food/beaches nearby, and ready access to the rest of the island
Directly on the beach. Nice patio and lawn between the beach and the building with BBQ grill, tables and chair. Beach accessories available (chairs, body boards).
The grass area by the beach with lounge chairs was awesome. Loved the four cats on the property. Convenient location in central Maui, could get everywhere.
The location was great and the beach directly across the road was beautiful and felt like our own. The hotel provided chairs, towels, umbrellas and coolers!
