I loved my room which was large and had a good view of the street. It was large enough for 2 adults and 2 children so I had plenty of room to spread out. Also liked that it came with a small but well-designed ensuite.

A great hotel in the centre of Liverpool. Rooms are compact, clean and very comfortable. Also, very quiet considering the location. A great discounted parking scheme too.

It was five minutes away from everything we needed, but also nice and peaceful as the city can be very hectic. You wouldn't think you was a 5 minute walk away from from a very busy city.

The room was nicely appointed and very clean.
A cloudburst soaked us at the tail end of our walk from the Lime Street station. The manager waiting at the door handed us warm, clean towels to dry off. The timing was perfect.
When I revisit Liverpool, there is no doubt where I will stay.

Overall a good stay with personal requirements up to standard. Hot shower, comfy bed, clean white towels. Plenty of tea coffee etc and bottled water in room every day. Some TLC required to decoration. I would definitely use The New Brighton Hotel again mainly because of great location.

Lovely beach with amazing views across the River Mersey and into Liverpool. Friendly people and also plenty to see and do there with also a supermarket (Morrisons) and other shops including Iceland and Home Bargains and plenty of food outlets including Greggs and Subway as well as other cafes and places to have fish and chips. I would highly recommend New Brighton to others and I am already considering going back there again later in the year!

Great walk along the Egremont Promenade followed by a Mersey Ferry trip from Seacombe to the Pier Head. Alternatively, a walk along the New Brighton Promenade past Wallasey Village to Leasowe lighthouse makes for a pleasant stroll. Pop in to the Pilot Boat Hotel for a meal and a chat with the locals over a drink or two.

A really lovely place to stay, clean, quiet and comfortable accommodation. Just 3 minutes walk from two great pubs, both of which served food. Close to several restaurants and a car-free promenade. 20 minutes walk along the prom to New Brighton Marine Parade where there was entertainment including a theatre, bowling, multiscreen cinema, historical fort, bars and restaurants. A great place to visit for a short or medium break. Plenty of road parking space , unrestricted and fee 24/7 plus easy access to Liverpool.

New Brighton is a quiet residential town, a past seaside resort with just enough of the seaside resort aspects remaining to make it a great place to visit. New Brighton has its own tranquility, it just seems so quiet compared to other towns and cities and yet there is enough going on to make it worth visiting. New Brighton is on the other side of the River Mersey to Liverpool which is easily reached by bus, train or ferry.
Our accommodation was a self-catering apartment, and our host Roger had baked a loaf for our arrival, an unexpected and very pleasant welcome. Milk, instant and real coffee, and breakfast cereal were all provided, and we were offered top-ups for any of these. There was a group of three restaurants in one direction and two pubs in another direction (one doing very good cheap food). And 15 minutes walk into New Brighton brings you to a plethora of eateries and drinkeries.
Fantastic hotel just outside Liverpool.
Owners made the stay special for us with little added touches that hotels don't normally think to include. Offered to bring up extra towels in case the outside furniture was wet, big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the bathroom, freshly baked loaf of bread, crumpets, jug of milk, ground coffee, tea bags and cereals provided for breakfast... We will be hoping to stay here again in the future!
The perfect base for my sister & I to revisit our days growing up around Wallasey & New Brighton. The apartment was well appointed, homely, clean & very comfortable. Our host Ken, was always very obliging especially in preparing for our arrival by setting up the sofa bed for us. A very pleasant stay & rest assured we will be booking here again when we return for our 'family day' again next year. Thank you Ken.
Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, bathroom was extremely clean with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
Room was lovely and spacious, complimentary bottles of water, glasses and coffee, tea and sugar.
Beds were so comfy.
Prime location, surrounded by restaurants, a one stop and bars, train station a few mins walk.
Defo recommend, and already booked to stay again.
Very tidy and clean. The room was perfect for what we needed and wanted. Easy check in and very helpful staff. Cleaners were prompt and when asked would provide extra towels if needed. The bed was nice and soft and I couldn't fault this room. If you are after a nice hotel that's cheaper than Liverpool, this is the one for you
lovely old house in a lovely area of new Brighton. bathroom and kitchen were perfect for us. the. rooms were not warm so we were glad of the heater at night. Ken was so hospitable and left fresh tea, milk and a welcome bottle of wine. he was on hand with suggestions. he was incredibly flexible and accommodating.
It’s a nice bright property and comfortable, warm with double bed for a single traveler lovely gardens near the beach and Vale Park buses to Liverpool and New Brighton town centre on main road, cereals milk tea and coffee provided and a fridge and microwave
Property very roomy and well equipped for our stay. Apartment spotless and even given welcome treats on arrival. Owner left appropriate contact details if we had any issues, which we didn't. Lovely place and recommend if staying in New Brighton.
Brilliant hotel in a great location. Breakfast was first class and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our first visit to New Brighton and we loved it.
