Nice clean, comfortable hotel room. There was 3 of us in a room so the sofa-bed was used, which wasn't bad! Breakfast was a fairly typical American breakfast, constantly restocked and cleaned, with slightly different options per day. Concierge and housekeeping teams were very helpful and kept rooms clean every day. Good location - lots of local food options, quieter and comfortable, with easy access to Brooklyn and Manhattan too.

Why were there so many taxes. Is it just the Ramada Hotel?
Why were there so many taxes. Is it just the Ramada Hotel? Why is there a hotel tax and a room tax in addition to city and state taxes? I did not incurr hotel and room taxes a year ago at a Holiday Inn in Queens.

Queens is more modern and you have plenty of choices for food. I'm an Asian and the food in Queens are little bit different than Chinatown so really depends on the preference.
One thing I do notice are Queens has more Malls, big malls so is easy to shop for clothing. And also the hotel cost and parking are little bit cheaper than downtown. If you don't mind to take metro, Queens are good option.

There is a lot to do, many options to spend your day.
There is a lot to do, many options to spend your day. Hotels are close to the Airport- minutes away. However, everything is expensive, we came from spending a few days in Cleveland and everthing in Queens was more expensive, especially food.

This was a good hotel for the proximity to JFK with a reasonable rate. The rooms are small, but the bed is comfortable and the rooms are very clean. The staff was friendly. We arrived very late, and it was a very smooth check-in.
Hotel is well maintained, room was clean and spacious. Two complimentary bottles of water were in the room.
Location is very good if you need to stay overnight before flight from JFK airport. Hotel provides free shuttle every 30 minutes of the hour. Travel time to the airport is around five minutes or about so. Curtains are suitable to make a complete darkness.
Mattress was between soft and medium.
Room was prepaid via booking.com and I was't asked for a credit card to hold a deposit. Everyone was nice.
The hotel is pretty close from the Line F Subway station 21st Street–Queensbridge, about 7-8 mins by walk. The room was pretty small, however the bed was comfortable, the room was pretty okay for the price. It had all the stuff we needed: coffee machine, microwave, decent fridge, hair dryer. I'd suggest this hotel if you are on a tight budget, and you'd rather spend your money on experiences, food etc. in NYC.
The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. All the room amenities were good. Due to the location of the hotel, there are no restaurants nearby where we could walk and have dinner. The area is not the best for walking, however we were able to order through U er eats and get food delivered.
The morning breakfast even though it was not a hot breakfast was very good.
.
The room was spacious and clean. Hotel was quiet considering it was a fully booked. The housekeeping came every day. I like the 24 hour manned desk and felt secure. Convenient to transportation. Great value. Staff was great! Luis is the best manager. His efforts to accomodate our original requests and make up for our inconvenience shows how much they care about their clients.
The staff were friendly and accommodating. There is a secure room to leave luggage either side of check-in/out. The rooms were a decent size and the bed was comfortable. The shower was hot and had good water pressure. The hotel is a 10 min walk to the '21 St - Queensbridge' subway station and the F train. Nearby food options include Flor de Azalea Cafe and Bel Aire Diner.
Amazing staff, lady on the reception Pretty are fantastic, she is the crown 👑 of this hotel, nothing to much for her, so helpful and polite, she is amazing, professional and knowledgeable about costumer relationship, simply the best:)thank you so much for organising taxi for us and preparing coffee for us!!!
Hopefully to see you again!!!
Everything was on point.
I really don’t have anything to say.
I think at this price point, this hotel is exceptional.
Additionally, it is close to JFK and Jamaica station. From Jamaica you can get to almost anywhere. Plus, there are several markets and food and drink establishments within 5-10 minutes walk.
Best place for the value for money to stay. The hotel doesn’t look fancy from outside but in terms on service ans quality of cleanliness and breakfast its a 10/10 place to stay. Its also quite close (3mins walking) to the metro station that takes to the heart of the NYC and almost anywhere nearby.
Garry, at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. The hotel was clean and was at perfect distance from the JFK international airport. I recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a comfortable and value for money stay in Queens.
The amazing breakfast was the cherry on top.
The location was great. 5 minute walk from the Subway. Many restaurants in the area, some open until midnight. The staff is professional and attentive. Special thanks to Emma at the front desk.
Breakfast was buffet style, good selection. This hotel is my favorite in Flushing.
I recommend this Hotel for short stays. Bring your own Toiletries, no amenities here. Nice, up dated, but small Rooms. Clean, Quiet, and the most comfortable Hotel bed that I have ever slept in. The Gentleman at the Front Desk was courteous. I would stay here again.
The hotel was very clean and the staff very, very friendly. the breakfast is basic but enough to fill the stomach at the beginning of the day. We are a family of four and we can strongly recommend this hotel for a short stay, we stayed two nights and it was perfect.
First of all the price is so high
$220 for one night !??? Is that hotel 5 stars or even 4 !??
The breakfast is so cheap and humble
Air conditioning not working for making the room hot, New York is a cold city
We booked this hotel because it is close to the 21st-Queensbridge subway station, easy access to Manhattan. The room and bed set were pretty comfy and the bathroom was quite nice, too.
Good, clean hotel with efficient staff.
The Queens hotel is just 10 mins walk from Woodside subway station to Manhattan, which is a bonus.
