Uberlingen is a quaint town by the lake Constance. It has a long promenade for walks, and is well connected to other towns and near the border with Austria and Switzerland. There is a market every Saturday, and it has a good range of restaurants and coffee shops. It's a very relaxing and beautiful town. Uberlingen is a beautiful small town.
Uberlingen is a beautiful small town. It has a very pleasant promenade where you can spend hours with a glass wine or a tasty meal. The many restaurants are welcoming and you can experience local, Italian Balkan food. There are many comfortable beaches and ship transportation to any direction of the lake.

August very lively with tourists. Friedrichshafen easy reach with Zeppelin Museum, Dornier museum. Excellent Car & Tractor museum close by. My wife really enjoyed the variety of shops in Uberlingen. Lots of restaurants on the waterfront and down backstreets. Pleasant ferry across the lake and bus service to Konstanz if you want an even bigger variety of shops, old buildings etc. Second visit to Uberlingen and still plenty to warrant a third visit. Beware cyclists, they seem to be everywhere!

very cosy little town, with perfect sea promenade, good Robert wine bar nearby, tasty Pizza place in the city (not directly at the water). Old town seemed to me bigger and in a better condition than overcrowded with Tourists Meersburg. Super bio Ice cream on Landungsplatz!

A handsome medieval city on Lake Constance, with good baroque churches and abbeys in the vicinity and boat departures for Constance and islands in the lake. It has expanded greatly in recent years, so some difficulty in finding convenient parking.

Rosario at the front desk is a star. Her welcome and approach to customer service are professional yet personal. Having stayed here several times on business, she is a constant! Also the sommelier is delightful. Not only is his wine knowledge impeccable (in this wine-producing region, it helps to have guidance), but his personality is a bonus. The breakfast had a good selection of fresh fruit, cereals,eggs, bread, cheese, etc. There was secure indoor space to lock our bikes. The man on reception was very friendly and so were the breakfast room staff. The hotel is located about 15 minutes walk from the old town but 5 minutes to the lake (and a casual lakeside restaurant).IechydDaSwitzerland
