The house is brilliantly located and you couldn't wish for a better balcony in Port Campbell. The house is very well stocked for amenities, and we appreciated the different teas and ways to make coffee. The ground coffee provided for the plunger was fresh.
The beds were remarkably comfortable that we almost overslept. They also allowed a one night stay.
Located in the center of the town of Port Campbell and just 1-minutes' walk from the beach, this spacious apartment features a timber-lined ceiling and feature walls of limestone blocks.

Huge apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. Clean. Tv comes with Netflix subscription. Location great as it's within walking distance to restaurants and groceries.

Tastefully decorated room with well equipped in room amenities. Spacious bathroom. The place was spotlessly clean and no traces of sand! (Which is amazing since it is close to the beach). The bed was really comfortable and helped to relieve my back after a long drive on the Great Ocean Road
Eateries and convenience store round the corner. 12 Apostles and other sights were just mins away.

Gorgeous seaside town with a beautiful beach and enough options in terms of restaurants and cafes. Gorgeous walk along the cliff tops can be taken from the town centre up along the cliff tops to sunset lookout. Loved Grassroots cafe for breakfast and coffee as well as the pinacolada and garlic prawns at Waves. I wish I'd stayed here for at least one full day.

We were driving the Great Ocean Road from Torquay westward, and we decided to stay two nights in Port Campbell because there are so many beautiful coastal sights and hikes close by. We were glad we made that decision, because we weren't rushed and could enjoy spending time visiting all the "must-see" places nearby.
Wow! This was amazing, gutted I was only there for one night. My room was amazing, spacious, spotless, comfortable bed, stunning view & the spa bath was a real treat after a long day driving. Ground coffee rather than instant was a much appreciated special touch. Heidi was just awesome, clearly working super hard but still attentive, friendly & pre booking communication from her was superb!! Port Campbell is a lovely wee place & I definitely plan to return. You won't regret staying at Waves.
Owners Des & Sue gave excellent thoughts to their motel-the perfect layout, outside & in, tables to work & eat on. The bed sheets were sooooo soft & the combo A/C heater worked like a charm. Most of all was their WARM SMILES, even their dog seemed to have a smile, welcoming approach, their personable added touches (chocolates & cookie packs) made you feel as if you were staying with family who gave you privacy. The best kind!
Couldn't think of a better location to stay in Port Campbell - we had the fortune of being able to sit on one of the two balconies and watch the most wonderful sunset over the harbour - just perfect
We had breakfast in the home where there are great facilities in the kitchen there - but also had a lovely meal at the pub just up the road - a short walk away
The home was spotless in its presentation
Anchors is a beautiful hotel in the quaint town of Port Campbell. The location is excellent — it’s in the middle of your iconic tourist spots along Great Ocean Road. The property is clean, safe and peaceful, especially if you’re looking for a break from the city. There’s also Tanya who showed us nothing but the best hospitality and made us felt very welcomed. A great place to stay and rest!
Great location! Check in was beyond easy & the host gave us great recommendations for dinner and had turned the room heat on (it was a cold cold day). It was clean, cozy & the whole town of Port Campbell is such a quaint treat. We love it. It was our 2nd time at the Loch Ard Motor Inn & we’ll definitely go back anytime we bring family/guests to the great ocean road!
We love how much a motor inn provided us a much better experience than a hotel. You will be surprised how clean and modern their bathroom is. How much attention to details in small little things they provide from hair dryer to cookies on mugs to make weary travellers feels comfortable like at home.
Port Campbell is a great place to stay traveling on the Great Ocean Road. Driving back to the Twelve Apostles is easy and quick in the morning and you can have the entire scenic outlook to yourself before everyone else shows up. The hotel is a little old, but clean.
The accommodation is in a very convenient location, being only a couple minutes drive into Port Campbell. We found the beds extremely comfortable, and it was very welcome having breakfast-making facilities in the cottage. Really couldn't ask for more!
The decor was totally beautiful & the whole feel of the apartment was really peaceful & lovely. All perfectly appointed. Beautiful linen, wonderful facilities & kitchen. Thanks for a gorgeous stay. Port Campbell Pub over the road is sensational!
My wife and I spent two nights in unit no. 6, which consisted of a neat and clean room with an en suite bathroom and kitchenette comprising the standard basic motel facilities. The table and sofa contributed to the comfort of the room.
Everything about the apartment and Port Campbell was fantastic. The host was responsive. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Location was superb. We would highly recommend Bay View 2.
The room was clean and functional with space to work. It is well located with access restaurants and facilities in Port Campbell. The bed was comfortable, and the room has a relaxing ambiance.
