The owner was cheerful and helpfully explained how to operate the room lock because I had not seen that type before. The bed was comfortable. The property is lovely, the room was spotlessly clean (and cleaned daily during our visit), tea,coffee, bottled water and biscuits in the room, breakfast was amazing with an awesome plate of fruit, and to top it off, David and Agnus were both very friendly and helpful. The location is great, not right in the middle of town, but close enough for a short walk enabling a bit of exercise each day! I would highly recommend Ponders End and we will definitely stay there again on our next visit!
