It is located quite in the outskirts of the city, which was perfect as i didn't want the city noises. House is very close to railroad but in my opinion, it wasn't really noticeable even when there were cargo wagons being moved. Really good value for the money!

Quiet location. The big bed matrass has been comfortable but extremely noisy. We've got the keys from the minisafe at the building entrance, which was convenient, as we arrived a couple of hour earlier than the specified "3 p.m. check in". It's few kilometers away from the center. Fine, if you have a car.

Situated in Tartu, 7.6 km from University of Tartu Natural History Museum and 8.2 km from Tartu Town Hall, Tartu Pajuoja saunamaja offers a garden and air conditioning. The house is great. The double shower and sauna are absolutely wonderful. The kitchen is fully functioning. The jacuzzi is so relaxing. The outside kitchen with the Big Green Egg and dining are so relaxing in the peace and quiet outside. The land is great. Plenty of space to run around in (which was great since we brought a dog), the host provided badminton sets and frisbees outside. There is a small pond with a water slide. Overall just an amazing time. It's a 7 minute drive to the nearest shopping mall, which offers everything you might need to stock up on. Although the host made sure that basically everything was already present, from washing capsules to kitchen and bathroom supplies. The neighbourhood where the house is located is great. There is no one near the house, but at a few minutes walk there are other houses were people stay. Everyone in the neighbourhood was very kind and sweet. Our dog had great interactions with the people and other pets. The host was always available through Booking.com chat or through the phone for help with anything which was comforting and helpful.

Warm even in cold winter days. Many apps available on TV and possibility to connect hard drive via USB. Parking space was a bonus.

Set in Tartu, within 3.4 km of University of Tartu Natural History Museum and 3.8 km of Tartu Town Hall, Tartu Rakendusliku Kolledži Hotell offers accommodation with a restaurant and free WiFi as well... This was our second stay and we will keep coming back because it's such good value. The breakfast is better than many hotels that are three times the price. Everything is efficient, clean and comfortable here. The staff are very helpful, and speak good English. Highly recommended.

The size ir the apartment is really big - a spacious living room/bedroom, a kitchen, bathroom, a walk-in closet. It had everything you need for a stay. It was clean, calm and really comfortable. The TV is also big and new - we had a nice evening watching a movie on a comfortable sofa.
