The express checkout was great to beat the queue. The floor of our room was wooden which meant it had not dirt and dust associated with carpet. The rooms service was prompt and good quality food.

We enjoyed all the history! Did a tour of Alternate Athens, which highlighted the myths and history. Our dinners at ROM (romantic) and Louis Bistro (didn't know moussaka was so delicious) were wonderful, as well as our lunch at Zonar's made us love Athens even more! Discovered Assyritiko and Malagouzia white grape blend made me happy! The ancient sites, the shops, the people were so interesting and fun. All within walking distance of our hotel Empoikon

Athens is often described as a beautiful city which is true as most of the buildings are not pretty even in the city centre. People go there mainly to see the Acropolis and all of the Greek and Roman buildings. But Athens is much more than that. It has a lot a neighbourhoods with great atmosphere. I love how the greeks live outdoor so much. The coast near Athens down to Cape Sounion is amazing and it's worth renting a car for the day and do that. Also close-by is the Peloponnese too which is worth exploring.

The history was the best but the walking areas were dangerous because the pavements were terrible. You had to watch every step. Everything was expensive especially tours and historical sites.
Greek food is too oily and salty so I ended up eating Japanese.

We loved the history and the neighborhoods around it.
We loved the history and the neighborhoods around it. It was clean and we felt safe. The food was amazing! We stayed 2 days before the cruise in Plaka and that was awesome because it was so convenient to the history areas and the food. After the cruise we stayed at Costa, closer to the beach. We used a taxi to get around there.

Food is great. Very walkable city center. Good subway system. The ruins and Acropolis are well worth seeing. 2-3 days is plenty of time in the city to me. The Free Walking Tour of Athens is quite good. ~3 hours, tip what you feel is fair. We gave US$20 each for the tour.

We love the historic sites and love to walk and explore.
We love the historic sites and love to walk and explore.
There's so much to see and experience in the heart of the city, especially around the base of the Acropolis and of course on the Acropolis hill itself, all within easy walking distance, although there is also the Hop on/hop off buses, if walking isn't for you.
Lots of restaurants, so plenty of choice of great food.

Fantastic location, easy walking to all Athens has to offer! Magnificent view of Acropolis from balcony. Lots of little extras such as wine, ouzo and sunscreen provided. Stelios also provided fantastic communication from the beginning of the booking and organised for John the taxi driver to pick us up from airport for 50€. John gave us wonderful information about Greece, and where to go, and Stelios also provided recommendations… we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days in Athens and would definitely 😃recommend the apartment.
Er had the best stay at Antonis‘ place during our 2 week trip within Greece. The apartment was super clean, fully equipped with everything you need, the location is superb and Antonis was the best host ever. He was so friendly, welcoming and exceeded expectations by far. We were so lucky to stay here and would recommend it to anyone who wants a comfy, central, uncomplicated place to explore Athens from.
Second post covid stay. One night Only between trips to mountains and the islands. Pleasant surprise when bus from Peloponnese dropped us 100m from the hotel. As a base for touring Greece and Athens the Cosmos is ideal. They even have a cold drinks machine in the lobby stocked with beer. Aircon set at 25 degrees which is a bit warm for me as I like to sleep cold
Incredible boutique hotel in the centre of Athens. Walking distance to the Acropolis, Syntagma, National Garden, Monastiraki and Plaka. Fantastic shopping on Ermou street where hotel is situated. Stunning view of the Acropolis on the rooftop restaurant. Incredible breakfast!
The staff was awesome and provided amazing service. Clean rooms with very comfy beds.
By far the best hotel we stayed on our trip in Greece.
Great location, beautiful and clean rooms.
High quality amenities such body lotions, face masks.
Everything environmental friendly.
Very fresh brekkie.
But the best about this hotel is the staff.
They are all beyond kind and super helpful.
Definitely we will be back.
