Willow Lodge Hambleton, hotel in Fleetwood

Located in Poulton le Fylde, 6.3 miles from North Pier, Willow Lodge Hambleton has accommodations with a garden, free private parking and a terrace.

We love the Willow Lodge - it is a small family owned facility who have taken great care to provide what would be expected of a 5* hotel. The hosts are very caring and nothing is too much trouble if you ask for anything. They provide an excellent help-yourself continental breakfast. You have to drive to stay at this facility in the country which is very quiet and peaceful. This is our third visit with them and we look forward to many more.

Fleetwood is perfect for a short break.

Fleetwood is perfect for a short break. The Cafe Royal was a really great place for our lunches/dinner. The Museum is an excellent place to visit. The tram took us to Blackpool along the coast. Parking is easy and cost us nothing.

fleetwood is a quiet reprieve from Blackpool

fleetwood is a quiet reprieve from Blackpool it has nice walks near the beach and it has lovely views across the peninsula it's easy to get into Blackpool for the cost of 6 pounds for a day ticket to attend shows / events ect Some of the town looks a little deprived but it's still scenic on the coast side

The beach was lovely and where we spent most of our time, luckily it was very sunny to say it’s March. Not a lot was open however that’s how I like it so my dog has the freedom to be off lead most of the time as able to keep a distance from other beach users.

Fleetwood is the very quiet area of this part of the coast, but it has a shopping outlet, supermarket and local market. It is well served with the tram system to and from Blackpool and buses to there and other destinations. There are miles of beaches and promenade walks. The parking is free too, (but don't tell everyone!)

Great market and usually large a shopping centre, trams run often and it has a lovely old town feel. It has a few nice pubs too including one that is owned by Sid Little of Little and Large comedy duo, Fleetwood is Lovely.

Clean, tidy and modern, obviously just been done up. Was like brand new. Had everything what we needed. Good location for going to watch football at Fleetwood Town and also for going to Blackpool. Free easy parking directly outside. Lady who owns it was friendly and helpful both when I rang her up and also when we were checking in.

Lynda and Mick were wonderful to meet and excellent hosts. Apartment was exceptional with no fault and amazing value. Booked one night, with a young family, as a last minute stay and was not disappointed. Kids and wife couldn't of been happier. Definitely be the only place we stop when back in the Fleetwood area. ❤️
