The location is perfect right by the beach and a short 10-15 minute walk from town and the docks. This was great especially as we didn't bring a car.
Lovely big hotel. Spacious and airy. Staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is in the middle of a refurbishment. There wasn't any disruption to our stay however. We liked the pool and the views of the sea from the lounge and bar are stunning. We loved beautiful Falmouth too. I would like to stay again when its all finished.
With stunning sea views over Falmouth Bay, this AA 5-star bed & breakfast offers en suite rooms, residents' lounge, licensed bar, sun terrace and car park.

The view from the dining and bar area was stunning. Very nice place to spend time.
The staff were very nice and obviously well trained.
The Sunday vegetarian dinner was excellent as was the mushroom risotto which we had twice. The vegetarian choice for main meals was also limited.
With views across Falmouth Bay, Merchants Manor and award-winning restaurant Rastella also feature a modern leisure club, indoor heating swimming pool and Linen Rooms Spa.
Just 1.2 miles from Falmouth town centre and harbour, the Penmere Manor Hotel offers stylish rooms and an award-winning restaurant. Free WiFi and free parking are available.

Wonderful place with so much to do. Lots of brilliant and unusual places to eat with many different culinary experiences to be had. Sabzi was amazing.
Plenty of live music and entertainment in the town. Scary Little Girls theatre are worth watching. Would recommend the ferry crossing to St Mawes - great place to visit.
Would highly recommend visiting Falmouth for all ages as long as you are able to traverse somewhat hilly terrain.

I thoroughly enjoyed my two stays in Falmouth whilst walking the South West Coast Path. I thought it was a nice clean and picturesque location with a thriving night time economy. In striking distance of lots of other nice places and I enjoyed using the ferries.

Falmouth is a town suffering from the economic climate with lots of empty shops BUT it has everything one might need for essentials and interests. Easy to commute to other local places by boat, train, public transport and car.

My son is at University in Falmouth so we have visited it many times in the last 3 years. The beaches are wonderful and the town centre is a lovely place to visit with quirky shops and very nice restaurants. There is an excellent South African restaurant called Amanzi which you will have to book as it's very popular.
Falmouth is a lovely place to visit.

Visited in mid-September. Wide variety of places to eat and drink. Easy to walk around the town centre. Ferries available to take you to other places along the river, e.g. St. Mawes. Good centre for touring the area.

wonderful hotel in a great location. wonderful park opposite for a morning walk. my husband and I stay here every year for our weekend break in Falmouth. they provide all you’ll need for a stay, towels and toiletries and a well stocked tea tray, even umbrellas for you to borrow if needed. Had a lovely chat with the lady at the front desk , housekeepers were very friendly. There is hand sanitizer all over the hotel and they even provide a bottle in room. Check in is simple and seamless. brilliant hotel and look forward to our stay next year.
The location was excellent, overlooking a lovely bay. It was a really nice walk along the pavement either way, and the beach was only a few minutes away. Also a pretty easy 20 minute walk to Falmouth centre. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were helpful. Loved the extra terraced area to sit outside and admire the bay view.
Very nice and cosy hotel in Falmouth. The property is historical and old, but facilities have been nicely renovated and modernized while yet maintaining the historical elements and feelings of the property. Nice long area with fireplace, and beautiful view from parts of dining area.
Room was a good size, beds were comfortable, hotel and room was clean and well decorated, great quiet location, breakfast was nice. Overall impression was clean, tidy, well maintained without being flashy. Lovely views out to sea and Falmouth Bay.
Very comfortable hotel. Many changes since I last stayed here. Staff, without exception, were all very helpful, friendly and informative. Great location for the beach, 20 minute walk into Falmouth.
