GOGLE IT , DO NOT TAKE MY WORD. Saint Denis is the most dangerous neighborhood in the whole COUNTRY .
We got robbed 50 meters from the Hotel.
We were tried to be mugged , the very next day , AT THE DOOR OF THE HOTEL by two guys on a scooter.
It is so dangerous that you can not use public transportation , you need to use UBER to be safe, which makes 80 DOLLARS PER DAY MORE EXPENSIVE YOUR STAY ( 40 to leave, 40 to return ) .
JUST RENT IN A BETTER AREA, even if it is a bit more expensive, at the end , it will resut cheaper....

Min from everything via train. But the payment must not reflect this website. Print out your statement before or ask before you check in. I paid twice for some reason.

Saint Denis is unique.
Saint Denis is unique. It is not Paris, but it has its own multicultural, multiethnic culture. It is generally safe, but noisy and doesn’t have the same rules as living in central Paris!
Late night travelling is not recommend, unless with a companion or taxi.
I don’t feel unsafe there, but if you are hoping for the quintessential ‘Parisian experience’, I’d strongly suggest you stay within the circular road surrounding central Paris..However, if you want to experience the real multiethnic colourful rainbow of Paris, then this is the place for you!

Ideal location for attending matches at the Stade de France.
Ideal location for attending matches at the Stade de France. The Basilica houses the Royal necropolis and was well worth a visit . There are some restaurants although many were closed at the weekend. Easy access to central Paris by train.

Hello. İ have paid online on booking.com before mytrip to paris. When I arrived to hotel at reception receptionist ask me to pay because the payment didn’t accepted by online. It was midnight i had no chance to check. I paid by my card again. Later after holidays I go back to my country and check bank account. Payment done twice. Could you send back money .
Location is great for attending any events at the Stade de France as its only a 15 minute walk away and avoids public transport for busy events. Also very close to transport links to central Paris and the main part of Saint-Denis for markets, restaurants and the basilica.
Was very clean and Wassyl was a very positive and communicative host.
Location is perfect for the Stade de France, an easy walk to the stadium or the Metro (Line 13) straight into the centre of Paris, Champs Elysees, Eiffel Tower etc.
Remi is super helpful and even responded to me after midnight when we had to resolve a situation with his help.
Memory of us staying in Paris (146 Rue Danielle Casanova, St Denis) has really become memorable for us. Filipe is a thorough gentleman, and he tried to give it a personal touch. We would love to go there again and stay in the same place.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Secure parking. Great location for Stade de France yet easy to get into Paris City centre on RER.
